Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us at nubixworld26@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible
• We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that don’t meet these conditions
